DNA Course

Once you've decided to make Kirkplace your home with God's family, the next thing is to naturally ask: What is Kirkplace truly about? How can I get involved right away? What does my Kirkplace family require of me? How does the "Presbyterian stuff" work?

Kirkplace DNA is a short course designed to give a brief introduction to the vision, nature and culture of Kirkplace as it works its way out in both our Sunday Meetings and our daily living. Run twice a year over 2 weeks, the course covers a wide range of topics such as:

Essential gospel truths

Kirkplace vision and values

What are my gifts, passions and the opportunities to serve?

Overflowing Generosity

Sacraments in the Presbyterian Church

History, core beliefs and mechanics of the Presbyterian Church

Those who complete the Kirkplace DNA will be eligible to be baptised and become Communicant Members of the Presbyterian Church with Kirkplace.
