At Kirkplace we love families! So we want to make you and your children are welcomed, and have a great time learning more about God.
On Sunday mornings, we offer a range of programs for your kids. A typical Sunday morning will start inside the main meeting space at 9:30am together. After singing a few songs, the children are called down the front for the children's talk. After this, they move into different spaces for our KirkKids Program.
Creche for 0-2 year olds: We run a small creche in the cry room, with 2 people on each week (a parent and a helper). Depending on your child’s age and stage, you may be able to leave your child there for supervision whilst the service is on or you can listen to the sermon from within the cry room.
'Bubbles' for 2-5 year olds: We run a fun and interactive program, full of singing, Bible stories and craft each Sunday during school term.
'Splash' for K-Yr4: We run a fun interactive program, with games, singing, Bible stories and activity sheets each Sunday during school term.
'XStream' for Yr5-6: The Year 5-6 kids are heading upstairs with the Splash group to join in some of their games and singing. They then come downstairs into the back office for Bible Study and activities.
For Teens: We don’t have a program for teenagers during the service. They are encouraged to be apart of the service. However on Friday nights we have youth group on from 6-9pm called KirkYouth. For more details click here.
On Thursdays during school term there is a woman’s group called Thrive. This runs from 10am-12pm and includes a childrens program for under 5’s. This includes singing, stories, games, Bible stories, craft and morning tea as well.
