KirkYouth Team

The Kirkyouth leadership team is a gifted and passionate team that deeply loves the youth of Kirkyouth. We aim to expand our local community of young people who will meet and understand more about Jesus.  We want youth to find a home amongst our church at Kirkplace.  We want to use the resources that God has blessed our church with by expanding beyond our own youth group to serve and bless the local community.

We had the unique opportunity to start Kirkyouth Ministry from scratch. And so, the DNA of Kirkyouth has always been getting into the local community and blessing the youth of Kogarah. We don't want to be a leadership team that just stays within the closed doors of our church, but we want to proactively engage the youth of our community and welcome them into Kirkyouth every Friday evening.Kirkyouth is all about: friends. Jesus. Life.

Commitments:

1) Kirkyouth Ministries 1: Our priority is our Kirkyouth group that runs every Friday evening from 6pm-9:30pm (during school terms).

2) Kirkyouth Ministries 2: Bless our local community and churches. We want our leadership team to bless our local youth groups by supporting them through preaching and/or doing life together with other youth groups; and also blessing our local community by being part of it in community events.

3) KirkYouth Ministries 3: Be involved in local schools through SRE or ISCF (weekly during school terms).
